Through 2028, the EOX Network will prioritize three Ownership Accelerators - key strategic goals for EOX - that will enhance the Network's capability to drive EO awareness, ultimately resulting in more businesses adopting employee ownership models.

  • Strengthen Our State Center Network

    EOX significantly expands employee ownership across the United States by convening, uniting, and supporting a network of State Centers. Our goal is to stabilize and strengthen the existing network to ensure State Center sustainability, success, and credibility in their States. By leveraging collective strength through capacity-building, funding, best practices, and meaningful collaborations, we will achieve more for employee ownership together.

  • Elevate Our National Voice

    EOX envisions an America where employee ownership transforms the economy and strengthens communities to create greater wealth equality. We ensure this by being at the forefront of EO discussions, by providing education and resources at the local level, maintaining a national voice, and partnering with organizations to spread employee ownership across the United States.

  • Source Sustainable Funding

    In order to promote employee ownership as a strategy to increase community wealth and create a more vibrant, participatory economy, EOX must have the funding to support itself and the State Centers. Internal capacity and special projects dedicated to our vision and mission require a sustainable funding strategy where we are not overly dependent on one funding source to ensure the work continues.

OUR  MISSION


EOX expands employee ownership across the United States via a network of State Centers for employee ownership and national partnerships to increase community wealth, strengthen businesses and create a more vibrant, participatory economy.


We achieve our mission by:


  • developing, convening, uniting, and supporting a network of State Centers


  • engaging and collaborating with national entities and business owners to champion employee ownership


  • amplifying the work of the State Center Network to increase education, awareness, and consideration of all forms of employee ownership
