A diagram of the state center outreach

Through speaking engagements, seminars, webinars, and social media marketing campaigns, State Centers are the hub for unbiased outreach and education on the concept and benefits of employee ownership as a succession planning or business growth tool for a vast array of different individuals and organizations

Once one of the individuals/organizations becomes interested in receiving more detailed information regarding the process for transferring ownership of all or part of a company to its employees, State Centers act as a hub for the resources available to those individuals. Included in the resources available are a list of vetted local advisors with expertise in different areas of the employee ownership process, and former owners and current leaders of employee-owned companies who have gone through the process of transferring to an employee ownership model.
