The OEOC exists to help business owners, guiding you through the succession and EO options that best fit the goals and objectives you have for your company, your family, and your legacy. We have a robust set of resources and local partners we can bring in to provide additional support through this process. We are also part of an equally robust network of state employee ownership centers across the country that are connected through the Employee Ownership Expansion Network (EOX).
As an outreach center located on the main campus of Kent State University, we are committed to providing Initial technical assistance to you at no cost.
