PRESIDENT/CO-FOUNDER VENTURA ESOP FIDUCIARY SERVICES

Neil Brozen is the President and co-founder of Ventura ESOP Fiduciary Services. Neil serves as ongoing trustee for more than 100 ESOP’s across the United States and has served as transactional trustee for more than 100 ESOPs since the summer of 2016. Prior to starting Ventura, Neil provided ESOP trustee services for two institutional trustees from 2005 through April 2016. He managed 60 ongoing ESOPs and more than 200 ESOP transactions during this time. Neil is an active member of the ESOP Association and their Fiduciary Committee. He has served on the NCEO Board of Directors, the ESOP Association Board of Governors as well as the Valuation, Finance and Ownership Culture Committees. He is a frequent national speaker on ESOP issues and wrote chapters for several NCEO publications.
