Ashley Allen, is the Founder and Executive Director of ABC Sports Foundation, an organization that provides nonprofit creation, program management, branding, PR, and event logistics services to high school, collegiate and current and former professional athletes, supporting them in making an impact in their communities. She is also the new program manager at Tennessee Employee Ownership Expansion Network, where she is excited to promote and support employee ownership across the state.


Ashley has a diverse and impressive background in both the arts and the sports industry. She started her career as a professional dancer and cheerleader, appearing in various publications and events. She then transitioned to the sports industry, where she has over a decade of experience in community relations, marketing, and event management. She has worked with organizations such as ESPN Radio, Tennessee Titans Entertainment, and A3 Athletics, where she was the marketing director and oversaw several projects with national brands. She has also worked as a paralegal at Manson Johnson Conner, PLLC, where she gained valuable legal skills and knowledge.


Ashley holds a law degree from the Nashville School of Law and a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from Tennessee State University. She is passionate about using her skills and expertise to make a difference in the lives of others and the state of Tennessee.
